Prices, Shipping Costs, and Delivery Information

A consumer is any individual who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly unrelated to their commercial or self-employed professional activities.

The prices displayed on product pages include all applicable taxes and charges within the United States. For customers outside the U.S., additional taxes, customs duties, and fees may apply when importing our products into your country. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer.

We offer worldwide shipping with a flat $10 shipping fee. There are no shipping costs for digital content (e.g., e-books, software, etc.). Shipping costs include any applicable taxes. Final shipping costs are confirmed during checkout and will not increase from the initially displayed amount.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of receiving your product, and we cover return shipping anywhere in the world.

If your product arrives damaged or stops working: email hello@thyred.com or call us. We send a prepaid return label within 24 hours and ship a replacement the same day we receive your return. You pay nothing.

If the product isn't right for you: return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We provide a prepaid return label and cover return shipping worldwide. Products must be returned in their original packaging with all included accessories, or the return may be refused. Refunds are processed to the original payment method after inspection of the returned item. There is no restocking fee.

If a product is returned damaged or in an unsellable condition due to customer misuse, the return may be denied and the item sent back to the customer.

Any shipment that is correctly delivered but refused by the recipient, or returned due to an incorrect shipping address provided by the customer, will incur a flat $50 fee for processing, warehousing, and reshipping.

1-Year Warranty

If your product is not functioning correctly within one (1) year of purchase, we will repair or replace it, free of charge, with return shipping paid. Each warranty claim is reviewed individually by AXOL VENTURES LLC. Possible resolutions include sending replacement parts, troubleshooting via phone or email, or replacing the product with a new or refurbished unit.

The warranty is valid for one (1) year from the purchase date. Any damage caused by the customer, including breakage from dropping, water damage, misuse, or unauthorized modifications, is not covered. The warranty applies only to the original purchaser, is valid only for items purchased directly from www.thyred.com or an authorized reseller, and is non-transferable.
