# Returns & Refunds

**30 days. Hassle-free. We pay return shipping worldwide.**

We want you to feel good about your ThyRed. If it isn't right for you, or if it
arrives damaged, here's exactly what happens.

## 1. Change-of-mind returns (30 days)

You can return your ThyRed for any reason within **30 days of delivery** for a
full refund of the device price.

- **No restocking fee.**
- **We cover return shipping worldwide.** Wherever you are, we email you a
  prepaid return label. You pay nothing to send it back.
- Send it back in the original packaging with all included accessories (band,
  controller, USB-C cable, manual).
- Light cosmetic wear from normal use is fine. Damage from drops, water
  exposure beyond normal cleaning, or modification is not covered and we may
  reduce the refund to reflect the loss in value.

**How to start a return:** Email **hello@thyred.com** with your order number.
We send a prepaid return label within 24 hours.

**Refund timing:** Issued within 5 business days of us receiving the returned
device. Funds land back on your original payment method in 3–10 business
days depending on your bank.

## 2. Defective or damaged units

If your ThyRed arrives damaged, has a manufacturing defect, or stops working
within the warranty period:

- **You pay nothing.** We send a prepaid return label within 24 hours.
- A replacement unit ships the same business day we receive the return — or
  earlier if you send photos that confirm the defect.
- If a replacement isn't possible, we issue a full refund including any
  shipping you originally paid.

**How to report a defect:** Email **hello@thyred.com** or call
**+1 (307) 998 4227**. Photos or a short video help us move faster.

## 3. One-year limited warranty

Every ThyRed includes a **12-month warranty from delivery date** covering
manufacturing defects and device failures under normal use.

**Covered:** LED failure, controller failure, silicone band defects, cable
faults from manufacturing, premature wear of internal components.

**Not covered:** Damage from drops, water immersion beyond normal wiping,
unauthorized modification, use with non-compliant power sources, normal
cosmetic wear over time.

To claim warranty, follow the same process as a defect return above.

## 4. EU & UK consumers — your statutory rights

If you are a consumer in the EU or UK, you have a separate **14-day right of
withdrawal** that applies in addition to this policy. See our Revocation
page for the formal withdrawal procedure and template form. Your statutory
rights are not affected by this policy.

## 5. Pre-orders

Pre-order customers get the same 30-day return window starting from the day
the device is delivered to you — not from the day you placed the pre-order.
**Pre-order returns are treated exactly like standard returns. No exclusions,
no restocking fees, no different rules. Worldwide return shipping is on us.**

## 6. Exclusions

The following are not eligible for return:

- Devices returned more than 30 days after delivery (warranty claims still
  apply within the 12-month window)
- Devices purchased from unauthorized resellers (buy from thyred.com or
  approved partners only)
- Devices sold as "final sale" or "open box" with that clearly stated at
  checkout
