ThyRed ships to 60+ countries. Shipping costs depend on the destination and are shown at checkout before you pay. The amount you see there is the amount you pay.
Prices and taxes
Product prices include all applicable U.S. taxes. International buyers should expect that additional taxes, customs duties, and fees may apply when importing the device into your country. These are determined by your local customs authority and are not collected by us at checkout.
Handling time
Handling time is the time we need to prepare your order and hand it to the carrier. It is not the delivery time. In-stock orders are dispatched within 1 to 2 business days of order confirmation. You receive your tracking number by email the day your parcel leaves.
Delivery times
Delivery time is measured from dispatch and covers normal customs processing. Every order is tracked door to door.
- United States & Europe: 7 to 10 days
- Rest of the world: 3 to 4 weeks

1-year warranty
Every ThyRed device includes a 1-year warranty covering manufacturing defects and device failures. We replace covered units free and pay return shipping both ways. The warranty does not cover accidental damage, water damage, drops, or unauthorized modifications. Coverage applies to the original purchaser only and is nontransferable.
Defective or damaged on arrival
Email hello@thyred.com with your order number. We send a prepaid return label and ship a replacement the same day we receive your unit.
