ThyRed ships worldwide. Outbound shipping costs are calculated at checkout and never exceed the amount you see before completing your order.
Prices and taxes
Product prices include all applicable U.S. taxes. International buyers should expect that additional taxes, customs duties, and fees may apply when importing the device into your country — these are determined by your local customs authority and are not collected by us at checkout.
Delivery times
Pre-orders ship in Q2 2026. After general availability, in-stock orders typically ship within 1–2 business days of order confirmation. Delivery time depends on your location and the carrier method selected at checkout.

1-year warranty
Every ThyRed device includes a 1-year warranty covering manufacturing defects and device failures. We replace covered units free and pay return shipping both ways. The warranty does not cover accidental damage, water damage, drops, or unauthorized modifications. Coverage applies to the original purchaser only and is non-transferable.
Defective or damaged on arrival
Email hello@thyred.com with your order number. We send a prepaid return label and ship a replacement the same day we receive your unit.
