Cancellation Policy

Consumers are individuals entering into legal transactions for non-commercial purposes.

Right of Cancellation

Customers have 30 days to cancel without providing reasons. The period begins when the buyer or designated third party (not the carrier) receives the goods.

To cancel, contact AXOL VENTURES LLC via email at hello@thyred.com with a clear statement of intent. Submitting the request before the deadline satisfies the requirement.

Consequences of Cancellation

Refund terms

• A 20% restocking fee applies to voluntary returns, deducted from refunds
• International shipping charges are non-refundable
• Refunds use the original payment method; customers incur no bank fees

Return requirements

• Goods must arrive at the U.S. return center in original packaging with all accessories
• Customers pay return shipping costs
• Damaged or unsellable returns are denied
• Prior authorization from hello@thyred.com is mandatory

Important notes

Products ship from China fulfillment centers while U.S. and European warehouses are being established. Customers bear local customs duties and import fees (non-refundable). Unauthorized returns to China cannot be processed.
