Cancellation Policy

A consumer is any individual who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly unrelated to their commercial or self-employed professional activities.

Right of Cancellation

You have the right to cancel this contract within thirty (30) days without providing any reason. The cancellation period begins on the day you or a third party designated by you (excluding the carrier) take possession of the goods. To exercise your right of cancellation, you must inform us (AXOL VENTURES LLC, [insert U.S. address], hello@thyred.com) of your decision to cancel the contract through an explicit statement (e.g., via email). You may, but are not required to, use the cancellation form template provided below. Your cancellation request will be considered timely if it is submitted before the cancellation period expires.

Right of Cancellation

You have the right to cancel this contract within 30 days without giving any reason. The cancellation period is thirty days from the day on which you, or a third party named by you who is not the carrier, have taken possession of the final goods.

To exercise your right of cancellation, you must inform us (AXOL VENTURES LLC, Email: hello@thyred.com) of your decision to cancel this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g., an e-mail).

To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of cancellation before the cancellation period has expired.

Consequences of Cancellation

If you cancel this contract, we will reimburse the payment received from you for the product, subject to the following conditions:

We will apply a 20% restocking fee to all voluntary returns. This fee is deducted from the final refund amount to cover processing and warehousing. Furthermore, please note that international shipping charges are non-refundable.

We will make the reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any bank fees as a result of such reimbursement. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back at our U.S. return center (or in another country if available) and inspected them to ensure they are in their original packaging and in sellable condition.

You shall bear the direct cost of returning the goods. You are required to return the goods in their original packaging with all included accessories. If the product is damaged or returned in an unsellable condition, the return will be denied.

General Information

Please avoid damage and contamination of the goods. Please return the goods in their original packaging with all accessories and all packaging components. If necessary, use protective outer packaging. If you no longer have the original packaging, please use suitable packaging to provide adequate protection against transport damage.

Please note that while our company and return facility are based in the United States, our products are dispatched from our fulfillment center in China (unless stated differently). The customer is responsible for any local customs duties or import fees, which are non-refundable.

Before returning the goods, please contact us at hello@thyred.com to receive the correct U.S. return address and authorization. Returns sent to the shipping origin in China or without prior authorization may not be processable.
