Cancellation Policy

A consumer is any individual who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly unrelated to their commercial or self-employed professional activities.

Right of Cancellation

You have the right to cancel this contract within thirty (30) days without providing any reason. The cancellation period begins on the day you or a third party designated by you (excluding the carrier) take possession of the goods. To exercise your right of cancellation, you must inform us (AXOL VENTURES LLC, [insert U.S. address], hello@thyred.com) of your decision to cancel the contract through an explicit statement (e.g., via email). You may, but are not required to, use the cancellation form template provided below. Your cancellation request will be considered timely if it is submitted before the cancellation period expires.

Consequences of Cancellation

If you cancel this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including standard shipping costs (but excluding any additional costs incurred from selecting a shipping method other than our least expensive standard option), without delay and no later than fourteen (14) days from the date we receive your cancellation notice. The reimbursement will be made using the same payment method used for the original transaction unless otherwise agreed upon; you will not incur any fees for the refund. We reserve the right to withhold the reimbursement until we have received the returned goods or until you provide proof of return, whichever occurs first.

You must return the goods to us without undue delay and no later than fourteen (14) days from the date you notify us of the cancellation. The return deadline is met if you dispatch the goods before the fourteen-day period expires.

You are responsible for covering the direct costs of returning the goods. You will only be liable for any diminished value of the goods if it results from handling beyond what is necessary to determine the nature, characteristics, and functionality of the goods.

Exclusion and Premature Expiry of the Right of Cancellation

The right of cancellation does not apply to contracts for goods that are custom-made or personalized based on consumer specifications or clearly tailored to individual needs.
